With competing demands for their limited funding, health centers often lack the internal resources to pursue new health information technology initiatives. As a result, many federally qualified health centers—community health centers, homeless and migrant health centers, and tribal health centers—turn to our consulting team for projects involving practice management, electronic health records, and other systems.

Our consultants share our knowledge by working with and training health center staff in order to help reduce overall project costs.

We worked with one of the largest independent FQHCs in the nation to develop a comprehensive IT strategic plan that the client successfully deployed to reduce operation expenses and enhance productivity.

Our work included developing a roadmap for adoption and implementation of new strategies, technologies, and processes, as well as a staff evaluation and development program.
